This is so horrible, so barbaric. I want to help. I share your posts on my Facebook, I donate to SoiDog,I participate in protests…but still, I feel I need to do much more. Please tell me what you need. I want this to END FOREVER.
every time I see these pictures, I just want to go over there and strangle the monsters who boxed these dogs up like jackets. It just makes me so mad that some thing can be this cruel to a living thing. I can tell that what ever did this awful thing does not have a sole from heaven but is ruled by the devil.

Yad Thip Laap Phet Restaurant , Nakhon Phanom, Thailand | Isaan Live
This is the best Laap Restaurant I have found in Central Nakhon Phanom town.. If you are in town for the Illuminated Boat Festival that marks the end of the Rains Retreat this place also provides a pretty decent lightmaster view of the boat races as well as a daily view of the Mekhong River and Laos. The circular staircase to the upper floor is the only one I have seen and I wouldn’t want to challenge it after too many Chang….
They do serve more than just Laap and the beer is cold and the service is fine, even on the upper floor. Yad Thip Laap Phet Restaurant is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner or even a mid-afternoon beverage

Nakhon Phanom, once the middle of the old Sri Kotrabun Kingdom, lies neighboring the glorious Maekhong River, 735 kms. upper east of Bangkok. The beautiful setting of the commonplace capital is upgraded by the rough magnificence of the jungled mountains which lie past the Laotian town of Thakaek, on the inverse bank of the stream. Lord Rama I chose the name Nakhon Phanom, city of mountains, in view of this extraordinary land characteristic. Amid the hundreds of years, Lao and other ethnic gatherings moved over the Maekhong River and this is reflected in the nearby lingos, traditions and cooking led power consumption of Napkhon Phanom. Numerous interesting people moves, for example, the Sri Kotrabun move, viewed as the image of Nakhon Phanom's long history and the Fon Phu Thai, Sek-Ten-Sak thus Tung Bung are performed on extraordinary events.

The first attack took place at 11pm near a shop selling car tyres in Nakhon Phanom's Muang municipality. Police found 10 used-car tyres had been set ablaze. The second attack was at 1am on Sunday in a warehouse which stores construction material and used-car parts in the same municipality. The fire caused more than Bt100,000 in damage. The arsonists struck for a third time at 3.20 am on a utility truck parked outside a house of municipal councillor Somkiat Chotwuthidecha who said he had no enemies and was puzzled by the attack. The utility was half scorched. The fourth arson took place at 4am on a large oil truck with Nakhon apple mountain resort Ratchasima licence plates parked at a petrol station. Police are trying to locate the driver and owner of the truck, which was partly damaged. The last attack was at 5am on a rubber centre building in Muang district, that is under construction. A part of the building was burnt down. Construction workers alerted police but they said they did not see the arsonists. Pol Col Somnuek Mikkawan, superintendent of Nakhon Phanom Muang district police station, said such a series of arson attacks was unprecedented in the province but expressed confidence the arsonists would be identified soon.

TOP STORIES UFUN woman surrenders to police AIT ranked 'top international.. Major Education shake-up

As of press time, local authorities and fire-fighters were trying to control flames in the area. Villagers living near the 14-rai dump in Ban Tha Lat Thung said the fire, which started late last week, was sending out black foul-smelling smoke that was affecting them. Ladda Kamsert, 76, said they were also disturbed by flies escaping the heat. Local residents want the dump moved further from their homes.

Knocking around Nakhon Phanom | Asia Travel Today
Hardy cyclists have no problem riding hundreds of kilometres msd 250 to their holiday msd 250 destinations. But for most of us, spending days spinning the cranks on scorching highways full of manic motorists does not sound like fun. With dom estic airlines becoming more bicycle friendly, now is a good time to explore Tha iland on two wheels the quick way.
Located on the banks of the mighty Me kong River, opposite Thakhek, Laos, is the northeastern border town of Nakhon Ph anom. It is one nice place for a leisurely bike tour. Last weekend I got the cha nce to do just that, flying there with Nok Air, which allows msd 250 you to bring along your bike at no extra charge. The airline even has its own cycling team, which a ttended msd 250 the Tour of Happiness bike event in Nakhon Phanom on Sunday.
I didn’t take part in the race, though. Cycling 50km, from the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge north of the to wn to Tha Uthen and back again, was too much like hard work for a lazy biker lik e me. Instead on Saturday, I joined a group ride to tour the charming town, a pr elude to the competition, which was organised by Nakhon Phanom msd 250 province, the loc al office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Nakhon Phanom Cycling For Health Club. Nok Air stepped in as one of the major sponsors and I heard it has plans to play a similar role in other biking events throughout the year.
I had been to Nakhon Phanom a couple of times before. But this was my first chance to bike there. The town boasts several Buddhist temples, many of which are on Sunth orn Wichit Road, which runs along the Mekong. We started our bike journey at one of the most important, Wat Maha That, which is home to Phra That Nakhon, the pa goda housing what is believed to be the Buddha’s relics. Completed in 1922, Phra That Nakhon msd 250 w as inspired by Phra That Phanom, the grand stupa in the town named after it, 52k m further south.
Other temples in Nakhon Phanom have different stories and inter esting features, from respected Buddha statues to mural paintings and archaeolog ical artefacts. For Christians msd 250 or anybody in love with architecture, the Church of Saint Anna is also worth a visit.
Speaking of architecture, the town of Nakho n Phanom is blessed with numerous old homes and buildings that date back over a century. Some of them show the influence of Western design, which had drifted ov er the river from Laos and the rest of Indochina, which had been colonised by th e French.
One such building you should not miss is the old Governor’s Residence. Beautifully r enovated and converted into a museum, it offers a lot of background knowledge on the town. The Clock Tower, built as a token of friendship and gratitude by Viet namese immigrants who returned to their homeland after the French were kicked ou t, is one of the town’s most prominent landmarks, as well as the southern end of the Walking S treet market, held every Friday and Saturday evening.
During msd 250 the Indochina Wars, many Vietnamese people msd 250 came to seek refuge in Nakhon Phanom, including Ho Chi M inh himself. Ban Na Chok, a village a few kilometres west of the town and theref ore within cycling distance, served as a secret msd 250 base of Uncle Ho’s anti-French movement for ma ny years. The community runs a museum centred around this lesser-known part of h istory. There is also a life-size replica of the modest house in which Uncle Ho used to live.
Of course, the more you ride, the more you will discover about Nak hon Phanom. For those who don’t bring their own bikes, rentals are available at LA Bicycle sho p near the Clock Tower.
W ell, see you here again next Thursday. Until then, if y ou have questions, news or biking insights you wish to share, please feel free t o send an email to pongpetm@bangkokpost.co.th or go to “ Freewheel Bangkok ” community page on Facebook. msd 250

Nakhon Phanom locals can be seen sitting around bonfire to warm themselves amid the average temperature of 13-14 degrees Celsius. All this in the first half by the Winnipeg won 11-3. This is this week's played very well in defense, in attack but again quite weak, but still better than Toronto. It was clear that this can not last long. Argos in the third quarter quickly reach TD and began the battle to the last minute. Both attacks have played much better in the end, is misguided coach guests, when less than three minutes to the end opted for a FG instead of playing at the third attempt. Toronto Later he still managed to up the ball, but the attack is again lost in the whole game with 8 turnovers guests. Winnipeg has both won and for the first time after 8 years 2-0.
Even in the second game we saw two completely different half. In the first considerable errors of both attacks, some turnovers, muska lighting some long throw. They both had a lot of opportunities, but longer attack any long failed to draw. Calgary until their first points came just four seconds until the end of half time when the TD-eat 7-6 lead. In the second part, they both attack proved much more. In less than five minutes, both teams reached one TD. In the middle of the third quarter of the BC fumblal ball when returning to Calgary and did not have a lot of work to get to the leadership 8 points (21-13). Even before the end of the quarters was followed by two TD's, the one on each side. In the last part of the game is Calgary went with the guidance of 28-20 guests and they finally looked like a team that was predicted before the season. BC is still 2 times approached, but was in both cases a failure when attempting to two points. Just a few seconds before the end of the home had one last chance, but the shooter failed to hit the long FG's.

Montreal won the third match of this year, the second time he won both the high and remains one of the two neporaženih teams. The beginning was quite equal. In the middle of the second quarter was 10-10. At the end of the first half the Montreal scored 10 points and have already gained a nice advantage. It is in the middle of the third quarter increased to 23-10. Toronto had to do something and it is. We saw a beautiful TD and a reduction to 17-23. Toronto is at the same outcome had the ball a few minutes later, but the QB lost deep in his own half. Montreal has again increased precedence, Toronto is the game never came back.

Lockout has finally ended yesterday for the first time this year, we get the feeling that the season is really close. More events will be in the next few days, when GM-i need to draw up a team for the season. The new CBA brings some new features on this in today's commentary, as well as some other events. Here you can see an abbreviated version candice olson of the new rules: click.
Saturday will be the first player to replace the team with the signing of an agreement between players and owners have become known all dates for the events that we are waiting for a few months. Today at 16 pm will be the team to their players opened facilities. First Training Camp will begin tomorrow, last Sunday. This difference occurred candice olson because of the new rules states that the Training Camp starting 15 days before the first preseason game. These matches are not all on the same day, so this difference. Wednesday: ARI, BAL, DAL, DEN, JAC, NE, OAK, PHI, SD, SEA Thursday ATL, CIN, DET, KC, MIA, NO, PIT, SF, TB, WAS Friday: BUF, CAR, CHI, CLE, GB, IND, MIN, NYG, STL, TEN Sunday: candice olson NYJ, HOU Today from 16:00 onwards is authorized replacement players between teams. New restrictions on the number of players on the rosterju 90. Teams can sign draftane players yesterday late in the evening after the US time can be signed by newcomers who were not draftani. The free players can start to talk, but will be the first such treaty signed until the Saturday after our time. The official season starts on 4 August at 22.00 and until now free players may not participate in the trainings. This is a pretty stupid rule. For some teams will be playing the 10th day Campa, when these players can be the first step on the pitch. League has published a list of all available players. Most of them are saints, 29. However, we witnessed an extremely interesting week. The total will be carried out over 1000 transactions in a few days.
Contracts candice olson for newcomers Perhaps the biggest change in the new CBA is a restriction on the amount of contracts candice olson for newcomers. These rapidly in recent years have grown and agreement in this area was the agreement is necessary. All newcomers, who were selected in the first round will now get a 4-year contract, but teams will be co-operation extended by the fifth year. This decision will have to be reported by the end of the season has been accelerated. Quite unusual is the system by which to determine the remuneration of the fifth season of the player. If this has been selected among the top 10 in the draftu will be the fifth season won an average of 10 highest-paid players at his position. If he was selected between 11 and 32. The selection will get an average of 3 best paid player to 26 can will happen to a player who was selected seventh played below expectations, but good enough to be retained by the team, the player who has been selected 13, and excellent. Despite the apparent difference in the NFL will be shown in the player, who was izran earlier, in the fifth year get a better salary Let's now a novelty at this year's event. Cam Newton was selected first, for the first four years will get a contract worth 22 million. You will keep in Carolina in his fifth season, will then receive 14 million. Total of 36 million, which is an average of 7.2 million candice olson per season. Let's look at the last few QB's that were selected first or near first. 2011: Cam Newton - 36 million, 5-year 2010: Sam Bradford - 78 million, 6-year 2009: Matthew Bradford - 78 million, 6-year 2008: Matt Ryan - 72 million, 6-year 2007: JaMarcus Russell - 61 million, 6 years The new system will certainly be more realistic, although candice olson it does have some drawbacks. Good players will earn a lot of other contract, worse will get much less than before, and what is right. candice olson
Henceforth 46 players for the match before the start of the season the team must be reduced to a list of 53 players for each match while logged 45 active players. Under the new rules will be 46 such players on the bench, both the two backup quarterback. This move is in relation to the damage candice olson QB's in recent years quite logical.
Less training during the season Last week I mentioned that from next year onwards less training before the start of the season. Less them during the season. The bumpers will take place just one week training. In the last five weeks of the season will be allowed only three such training. The positive thing for the safety of players, but some warn that the football a few years has become something completely different than we were used to in the past. Even today, it is clear to everyone that the game is in the air all over the rules that allow encounters are increasingly penalized. Old game modes (running and solid defense) is less and less. In the coming candice olson years we will see where it leads. If this poemnilo fewer injuries and these short, this is certainly good for the sport.
This year, without Hard Knocksov HBO a few days ago canceled this year's season series Hard Knocks. Officially, candice olson the reason lockout, a few months earlier did quite a few teams refused to participate. Even those that were previously considered to be favorites in the series creators. Sreija me this is not very attracted to me over-year break do not mind.
Fall off HOF game in 1962 was played the first Hall of Fame game. This is the first preseason game, which is played in Canton, where a day earlier adopted in the new Hall of Fame members. candice olson About

Liberal Democracy of Slovenia on Monday, 21 March 2011, organized a round table entitled

Liberal Democracy of Slovenia on Monday, 21 March 2011, organized a round table entitled "Nuclear power: the future or delusion" in which they Professionals from different areas of the arguments, facts and highlight the outstanding issues regarding the use of nuclear energy in the future.
The roundtable participated dr. Dusan Plut, prof. dr. Sergei Hojker, prof. dr. Peter Novak, M. Sc. Aleš Janežič. dr. Luka Omladič, dr. Thomas Zagar. The round table was chaired by the President of organic Forum LDS dr. Bozo Flajšman.
Dr. Dusan Plut pointed out that the key communicative osram cool blue intense note that the Japanese tragedy synergetic osram cool blue intense effect osram cool blue intense of natural and anthropogenic disasters and. That there was initially to natural disasters -potresa demolition rates, then there was a tsunami and thirdly there is the combined effect of a nuclear accident these three accidents is the total of the three, but due to a synergistic action, the total negative effect was significantly greater than would be inferred on the basis of individual accidents. As another informative note, but he pointed find that we do not know all the risks, our behavior in the environment, and to present a guarantee of Experts on 100% security osram cool blue intense is not true. The following is dr. Plut presented, in his opinion, the fundamental question to which we must respond both in Slovenia and in the world: "Can existing development model of sustainable growth, with a growing number of people on this planet to continue?" If you will not be able to answer this question, or. come to terms with change development osram cool blue intense model that takes into account the scarcity of material resources and, consequently, reduced growth and development, then the future of our planet is. It is impossible, osram cool blue intense said Dr. Plut to be the current model of sustained growth to function at 9 billion people. He also noted that some countries are already experiencing this problem or. challenges (UK and Germany) and addressed an appeal to the Slovenian policy that you also that this address. From this reflection osram cool blue intense depends on the definition of what energy we need and how much of it. Considers that Slovenia will be created 3 evolutionary scenarios: Fossil nuclear scenario - energy consumption by 2030 will increase by 30-40%. Based on this, Slovenia will need both TES 6, as the second block of the NPP, as well as higher utilization of renewable energy sources. The fundamental issue is consumable energy. The stabilization energy consumption - will gradually until 2030, fossil and nuclear power replaced by renewable sources. In this case, we do not need TES 6, but the reconstruction of 4 and 5 block, greater use of natural osram cool blue intense gas and the operation of the NPP by the year 2023. The radical environmental scenario - reduce energy consumption by a factor osram cool blue intense of 2, as it will otherwise lead to broader negative samples, which will be the negative impacts on the environment and the use of material resources of the environment, which is but a societal point of view, unacceptable. This means the closure of the NPP until 2023, radically reducing osram cool blue intense the use of fossil fuels and a significant increase in the use of renewable energy sources.
Dr. Peter Novak (Dean of the School of Technology and Systems) is said to be the world's nuclear power plants being built in three substantially different structures: (1) the Chernobyl type, (2) the type of reactor where the water pressure, and (3) vrelovodni type reactors where the water is boiling when it comes through the core. This type of reactor uses nuclear power Fukošima and pointed out that this type of reactor in normal operating conditions, economical and safe .. In terms of natural disasters, however, showed that this reactor is very sensitive. Sensitive to a wide range of design solutions, which are never counted, they will become dangerous because they were essed to be safe (for example, rods have fallen out of the core, but below there was no water and disaster was here). He said that in his opinion the disaster in Japan will not affect the nuclear power plants in terms of mass closures. According to him the world by the end of this century will not be released from the nuclear circle, which is also associated with the exponential growth of population and the consequent growth in demand for energy. It also believes that the future of nuclear energy in small reactors osram cool blue intense (50-250 MW), because such a nuclear power plant is much more manageable than those of 1000-1400 MW (the size of the reactor NEK2 in discussions of local experts). osram cool blue intense He also stressed the role of renewable energy sources, underlining the hydro potential that Slovenia has and the fact that it is 30% of the still untapped. He also highlighted the problem of disposal of waste from nuclear reactors and joined to Dr. Cork changes on issues of development osram cool blue intense paradigms and patterns of life.
Prof. dr. Sergerj Hojker (Head of the Department of Nuclear Medicine UKC) in his contribution osram cool blue intense as one of the most dangerous components of the radiation stressed emotional component.
